Commissioned in Maryland, we are physically located in Germantown and provide mobile notary services and loan signing service locally across Montgomery county (Clarksburg, Gaithersburg, Rockville, Silver Spring) and Fredrick City. The following are the services and fees:

General Notary Works – $5 per notarization

This usually covers majority of the public needs, which include acknowledgement / affidavit, jurat / verification on oath or affirmation, signature witness, and copy certification. Some examples as below but not an exhaustive list:

• Certified copies of documents
• Power of Attorney
• Healthcare-related forms, such as Healthcare Directives
• Insurance documents, such as Claim Forms, Beneficiary Designation Forms, and Change of Ownership
• MVA documents (DMV documents), such as Bill of Sale when selling the car
• Estate Planning documents, such as Certificates of Trusts and Wills
• Contracts

Mobile Notary – $5 per notarization + max. $20 total traveling fee

Mobile notarization covers the same general notary works that we serve at the community (see some examples in the previous section).

The main difference is that we travel to your home/office/specific location, so there is an additional traveling fee (up to $20, depending on the mileage at a rate of $0.6/mile). The traveling fee will be waived if meeting in Germantown center or our office.

Loan Signing (for Real Estate Transactions) – fees are case by case

Typical documents include Mortgage Closing Documents, Property Deeds, and Loan documents. Because the complexity of each document is different, the fees are on a case by case basis.
